Meet the Teachers: Mallory Saunders
Mallory Saunders
Colorful and vibrant are good words to describe Mallory. Her yoga background is in Bikram, and her training in this intense practice has become a foundation for an excellent general yoga practice and teaching style. One thing she has kept from the Bikram practice is her voice: Strong, clear and motivating.
She teaches in a way that is accessible to people of varying abilities while simultaneously enticing advanced students to attempt some of the challenging poses she has mastered. Her practice tends to be on the active side and she teaches a more active style. Because Mallory is such an happily enthusiastic yoga girl, her classes are fun and reflect the joy she brings to the practice.
On the spiritual side of things, she is an avid student of the Yoga Sutras and has a very meaningful way of bringing them into her life. This spiritual depth combines with her enthusiasm and physical practice making her a well-rounded teacher.
Mallory currently teaches the Saturday morning Vinyasa Flow class from 10:30 - 11:45. Stop in for a dose of her good cheer!
