Faith Based Yoga
1st and 3rd Mondays (starting Oct. 18)
Integrate your mind, body, & spirit. This class will calm your mind, encourage awareness of your body and help you connect with the spirit within. Pastor Stacy Lauer of St. John’s Lutheran Church will start each class with a body-based Bible reading and then Shannon of OWY will lead a class consisting of basic flow, restorative holds and silent time for personal prayers and meditation. All levels of practitioner and all levels of interest in Christian faith (including non-believers) are welcome. No yoga experience needed.
