THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND…

  • We work to accommodate individual needs in any class setting.

  • Walk-in's are always welcome. Walk-in classes are $18.

  • Per-Class and Unlimited Class pricing options on studio pages

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to get signed-in and situated.

  • We suggest that you not eat a full meal at least 1-2 hours prior to class.

  • Deep breathing is essential to the practice of yoga so we ask that you please refrain from wearing perfume or strongly scented lotions.

  • We offer classes in a variety of practice styles at a variety of levels. If you are unsure which class to attend consider trying any class with All Levels in the name.

  • Throughout the winter months, if we cancel class we will post on this page and Facebook at least an hour prior to class. If there is no post, assume there is class as usual.

Beginner’s Yoga with Brian

This class is geared toward absolute beginners and those very new to yoga. Students can start anytime of the month and are encouraged to attend until they feel comfortable enough to venture into other classes on the schedule.

Brian is a patient and thorough teacher. When he began his yoga journey, he had been an athlete and body builder his whole life… forget touching his toes, he couldn’t even touch his knees! He really knows how to break yoga down for the beginner, working with each body to make variations of the poses accessible. He also has a great sense of humor and will no doubt lighten things up as you ease your way into yoga.
