Specialty Classes at OWY

We have a variety of classes that have unique foci, concepts and philosophies.
Most (but not all!) of these classes are listed on our regular schedules as well.

EBA (Everything But Asana) with Brian
Tuesday 7:00 - 8:00 AM
This class is a blend of Brian's favorite non-asana practices drawn from traditional hatha yoga breathing exercises (pranayama) and pranic lock (bandha) practices.

Inner Core with Shannon
Thursday 9:00 - 10:15 AM
This class focuses on the abdominal and pelvic region with special practices that work to self-resolve the spectrum of inner core issues that modern bodies deal with.

Senior Stretch with Bev
Tuesday 10:30 - 11:45 AM
This class was designed by Brain and Bev and includes practices from Tai chi, yoga and other movement forms.

Pre-natal Yoga with Mallory

Prenatal Yoga will help you build strength, stability and confidence while enhancing your ability to adapt to change and trust the process.

Pre-School Yoga with Keelie

Life-long skills provide the foundation for happy, grounded, strong kids – inside and out! (Per CDC recommendations we are asking any child with symptoms of illness to stay home until all symptoms are resolved.)

Faith Based Yoga with Shannon

All levels of practitioner and all levels of interest in Christian faith (including non-believers) are welcome.


Kids Yoga Series with Autumn
8 Week Session
