Yoga Sound Immersion

Join Sharon Lichtsien and David Schmenk for a two hour restorative sound immersion, known to help with stress reduction, improved sleep, improved memory and mental clarity, immune support and much more! The yoga will include a blend of Slow Flow, Restorative and energy work. You will be supported in effortless yoga poses while being bathed in the healing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes and gentle gongs. All levels and abilities are welcome.
