This workshop with Keelie is suitable for all levels, for anyone who needs to slow down in their busy lives, and for anyone looking to compliment their active yoga/physical practice. It consists of a 90 min yin yoga sequence and time to reflect/journal on the practice. A discussion on the practical applications and principles of yin yoga and exploring your unique preferences in each pose will begin and end the session.
