When anger flares in an argument… When anxiety spirals before you can catch it… When sadness feels too big to hold… What do you do?

This FREE 2-Hour Workshop is for anyone with feelings.

(Children who can sit like adults for 2 hours are welcome to join their caregivers.)

This hands-on workshop teaches you body-based tools for working with emotions in real time—so you can show up in your relationships (with your kids, your partner, yourself) without getting hijacked by what you’re feeling.

We’ll move through the core emotions on the feelings wheel—anger, fear, sadness, joy, disgust, and surprise—learning specific yoga and breath-work practices to help you integrate each one. You’ll walk away knowing exactly how to regulate yourself when emotions threaten to take over, and how to model that regulation for your children and the people you love.

This isn’t theory. You’ll learn practical tools you can use right away. A take home copy of the feelings wheel will be included.
