There are so many benefits to bringing more presence to your pregnancy and birth and this workshop will help you hold space for the amazing unfolding of the birth process.

Mallory Saunders,
RYT 500, Prenatal and Post Natal certifications.

Mallory is completed her 200 hr certification in 2014 and has stayed a student of yoga ever since, completing both a 500 hr and a pre/post natal certification. As an experienced teacher she has continued to grow and hone her skills. Her true passion lies in working to support women in bringing more presence to the process as they bridge new life into the world through pregnancy and birth. This series is the culmination of her years of growth and teaching and we are thrilled to be offering it at OWY.
