I came to yoga searching for a healthy outlet for my stress and anxiety. I have always tended to overwork myself, and it was taking a toll on my mental health. From my first class at Open Way Yoga, I was amazed at how refreshed and energized I was. I was inspired by the teachers at the studio and their unwavering commitment to making yoga accessible to all bodies and skill levels.

Before my first class, I was nervous about how I would look and afraid of falling over. All that fear went out the window when I entered the studio's welcoming and inclusive environment. When I was approached about yoga teacher training, I quickly jumped on the opportunity to learn more.

I teach an all-levels slow-flow vinyasa practice with some pranayama breath-work and gentle stretches sprinkled in. I love sharing my knowledge, so let's practice together on our yoga journeys.
