I found yoga when I was pregnant for the 1st time. After the baby was born, life got busy as it does when you have children and responsibilities, so I set the practice aside.
After a few years, I was stuck feeling stressed out and overwhelmed. I discovered how yoga and faith could bring me back into feeling like myself again. The rest was history!
My practice today is a happy, safe place full of learning, sharing, giving, and loving. Looking back to my dark places, yoga helped me to find my light. I believe that if we have a light in our lives, it is important to help others find brighter moments because there is love and light all around us.
Yoga helped to change my perspective and shape my mind, body, and spirit!
