Introduction to Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a series of gentle movements loosely based in martial arts. It is often called moving meditation. In this workshop series Brian and Bev Henderson will teach one part of a three-part tai chi form. This mother son duo have been doing tai chi for 20 years. With their warm and humorous teaching styles they will make the sequence accessible by breaking it down to the details, including lots of repetition so that the form lands in your muscle memory.
