All Level YogaThis class is tailored to any level of practice. Beginners are welcome and beginner modifications will be offered. Advanced options will be offered for more adept practitioners. This is the class for anyone looking to build a solid foundation in their yoga practice .
Yoga FlowAn eclectic class incorporating sun salutations, traditional hatha yoga and other varied practices synchronizing breath and movement. Flow interspersed with long holds will give you a sense of euphoric well-being at the same time that repetition and intensity build strength and flexibility.
Strength&Flow YogaThis class is all about getting into shape by strengthening and stretching… but it is yoga, so expect a healthy dose of relaxation and breathing along with your workout. This class is moderately physically intensive. Any level of yoga experience is welcome.
Iyengar YogaFoundational to any yoga practice is a clear understanding of alignment and how proper form enhances practice. This class is an in-depth exploration of the balance between flexibility and strength while developing awareness of self through posture, breath, and movement with properly aligned form. This class rotates through 6 primary class themes: standing lateral poses, standing forward moving poses, forward bends, revolved poses, backward extensions and a general practice session. Discounts available if you pre-pay for 6 consecutive weeks.
Senior StretchThis class was designed by Brain and Bev and includes practices from Tai chi, yoga and other movement forms. Every class is a little different, but you can expect a healthy dose of joint work, stretching, balance and breathing. You'll experience in flexibility, strength and overall vitality. Although we call it senior stretch, all ages and ability levels are welcome and will benefit!
High Noon PracticeEnergy Rising Session Enjoy an hour of gentle meditation in motion. Through breath work and movement you will create your own vibrational life force. Each practice ends with the peacefulness of the crystal bowls/gong. Perfect lunch time break - No sweat session.
Yoga for Every BodyThis class offers students of all sizes, shapes, and abilities the tools and confidence to make yoga work for them. Expect accessible flows, standing and seated poses, breath work and affirming meditations, all while using props and modifications to make space for the body in each pose. Everyone's practice may look different, but no one gets left behind, and all gain the same benefits.
Sounds Into SilenceVibrations are all around and within us. When the body receives vibrations, down at the cellular level, its ability to self-heal begins. Sound is a powerful creation of vibration. Allow your body, mind and spirit to embrace the vibrations of the crystal bowls, chimes and gong. In a simple Shavasana pose, receive the silence of Reiki and the Resonance of the Yogic instruments to find deep healing, growth and purpose. Each session will begin and end with a gentle, seated ‘Meditation in Motion.’
