Unlimited Pass Options:

  • 3 months unlimited yoga for $90 per month

  • All Level Yoga

    This class is tailored to any level of practice. Beginners are welcome and beginner modifications will be offered. Advanced options will be offered for more adept practitioners. This is the class for anyone looking to build a solid foundation in their yoga practice.
  • Yoga Flow

    An eclectic class incorporating sun salutations, traditional hatha and yin-style yoga, synchronizing breath and movement. Flow interspersed with long holds will give you a sense of euphoric well-being at the same time that repetition and intensity build strength and flexibility.
  • OWYoga Flow

    Every class begins with the same flow of poses, consistent from week to week, teacher to teacher. This repetition allows for a deeper more meditative practice and also enables students witness their progress. The second half of each class will vary from week to week. Don’t worry if you don’t know the flow, they are standard poses that even beginning students can learn.
  • Sculpt Yoga

    Sculpt yoga is all about getting into shape by strengthening and stretching… but it is yoga, so expect a healthy dose of relaxation and breathing along with your workout. This class is moderately physically intensive. Any level of yoga experience is welcome.
  • All Level Ashtanga

  • Gentle Yoga

    A very accessible class to all people regardless of age, ability, injury, or experience. Breathing, balance, stretching. A perfect place for elderly and beginners as well as those looking to calm the mind.
  • Yin Yoga
