All Level YogaThis class is tailored to any level of practice. Beginners are welcome and beginner modifications will be offered. Advanced options will be offered for more adept practitioners. This is the class for anyone looking to build a solid foundation in their yoga practice.
Yoga FlowAn eclectic class incorporating sun salutations, traditional hatha yoga and other practices synchronizing breath and movement. Flow interspersed with long holds will give you a sense of euphoric well-being at the same time that repetition and intensity build strength and flexibility.
Strength&Flow YogaThis class is all about getting into shape by strengthening and stretching… but it is yoga, so expect a healthy dose of relaxation and breathing along with your workout. This class is moderately physically intensive. Any level of yoga experience is welcome.
All Level AshtangaIn this class, you will learn the basics of Ashtanga Yoga. Breath, bandhas and postures will be covered in this class meant to be approachable to beginners of any style of yoga.
Ashtanga YogaIn this class, you will be practicing a modified Primary Series. We will approach challenging postures with the assistance of the breath and bandhas. This is an intermediate class designed for those who have taken Ashtanga Basics or have experience with the practice.
Yin YogaYin Yoga involves a relaxed practice of passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These poses are held for long periods of time to encourage a slow and safe opening. We nurture our connective tissues, bones, organs, and energetic levels in a calm setting that asks you to turn inward. Yin Yoga cultivates mindfulness, flexibility, clarity, peace, and an overall feeling of spaciousness. A perfect counterbalance to a yang or active style of yoga, high-intensity movement, stress, and fast-paced lifestyles, Yin Yoga is a quiet, contemplative, deep practice.
